GOLF & GRAZE
Each hole is asked to bring a food and beverage item so that all 18 holes are supplying nourishment and libations throughout the day.
Our “19th hole” (the clubhouse) will have a similar format of tapas and dessert to round out the day after the tournament.
We will need to get information on the items you are hosting at your hole before Friday August 31st. Please provide as much detail as you can.
LIQUOR
All alcoholic beverages will need to be purchased through Blackhawk Golf Course. To order liquor for your hole, please e-mail info and quantities to the Food & Beverage Manager at Blackhawk, Natasha by Friday August 31st.

POWER & ICE
You will be responsible for bringing your own power source, as well as starting ice. Please note, we will have extra ice on hand throughout the day for purchase from the golf course.

On Golf day, set-up for Sponsored Holes begins at 8:30am, Golfer Shotgun is 10:30am.
